I had them 2x/week while...Gook luck with the NSTs! I had them 2x/week while on bedrest for hypertension/preeclampsia (age=37). Try to schedule them for a time of day when baby's awake - I had mine usually at 10:30 or 11:00 while my 2-year-old was at grandma's, so it was easiest from the childcare perspective, but it also happened to be when the baby liked to nap. I got my belly "buzzed" a lot by the nurse - a loud noise to wake him up - and I'd also drink juice and eat chocolate right before my appointments, but regardless one time I was there over an hour trying to get enough movement.
